If you are a sub-account user, you would have to contact the main account holder to manage your data.
Personal data of sub-account users
Sub-account users are the users that are added to a primary account holder’s subscriptions, e.g the students of a teacher training course. These users are added and managed by the main account holder themselves unless we are asked to support them.
Sub accounts only contain basic information required to enable access to the site and identify users for the main account holder – Name/Surname and email address.
